After completed the above suggestions and your phone is still not working.
1. You account may not be provisioned correctly. Adding $1 to your account may trigger PM service to provision your account again.
2. Try your PM SIM on another known working phone to eliminate hardward issue.
3. Which phone are you using?

Is your phone showing Public mobile signal/SIM?
Maybe try network reset?
Also, check your self service account. Make sure that the SIM card number matches (last 4 digits). There have been several SIM hijacking incidents recently.

If you can still login then use the Change SIM function to check the last 4 digits of your actual SIM card to what you see on that page.
If different then change the password and suspend your service using the lost/stolen function.

@yasvip1 , did you just have a account renewal? Try rebooting the phone, in the self serve account, do a lost phone/found phone toggle. See if this helps.
