@brewster your port is probably stuck. Contact the moderators and ask them to fix it for you. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

started process at 1 pm today. Took sim card out a few times..still not getting or receiving texts..also when calling it says number not in service. It's not a landline transfer. Perhaps it will require more time

This is typical of a phone transfer in progress. Did you request a transfer of your number? If so when and from where?

Did you restart your phone after inserted your new PM SIM card?
If no, please do it now and test again.
When did you initiate porting your old number to PM?
It will take about 2 hours to couple of day to complete for mobile number.
It will take up to a week to port a landline number.
