@leahjeans

Having her log into her Self Service account and looking at the history will be a sure way to understand what charges were applied as @Dunkman mentioned.

In addition to the above questions of when the renewal is (every 30 days, not monthly), what plan is she on?  That will likely be a large portion of where those funds went.

I'd suggest looking into that first, and let us know if it still isn't clear and we'll be happy to help.  If there is something that actually went wrong, then you'd need a Moderator (staff) to look into it for you.  🙂

Hello @leahjeans

When is the account's renewal?

A snippet of the last month's payment history would be helpful, leaving out any personal info.

If your daughter did not create a Self Serve account, register for a Self Serve account link here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

 @leahjeans : Seems she hit a renewal and the renewal as always takes money from the Available Funds then moves on to the registered autopay card. Does she have an old plan? Or did she buy an add-on?

@leahjeans

Does she have access to her self service account?  Which plan is she on right now?

Check her payment history page.

If she changed her plans, that would have occurred charges.  Or she could have bought add ons.

We are customers like yourself, so we don't have access to her account.
