because Public Mobile cycles on 30 day or 90 day periods, users will notice that their renewal date falls back approximately five days every calendar year due to the fact there are 365 days in a year and 360 days worth of cycles.

please note that PM is running on 30 days cycle, not monthly. So, the cycle date will move up one day after a 31 days month

The reason being is plans with Public Mobile are 30 day plans. Some months are shorter than 30 days, some are longer. So there will always be a slight shift in your renewal date every few months and you cannot have a set date of your choosing for renewal.

HI @klaus1234
this is correct. PM cycle is 30 days and not monthly 🙂
