Today I changed my $40 / month 15 GB plan with Public to $36 / month 50 GB plan. My last payment for old plan was made on Dec 1, 2025, and 1st payment for new plan was made on Dec 5, 2025. Will Public mobile recalculate my next payment adjust both of my payments

I contacted a live agent, and the agent helped me, as exception, to get credit for the balance of my last old plan payment. I also suggested that it would be very helpful if all users were shown a warning when selecting the "Now" option when filling out the plan change form. This message should inform the user that they will forfeit the balance of their last payment.

hi @mishapublic
did you Change Now option when you made the plan change? If you did, that is the expect behaviour of Change Now. You should have used Change on Renewal option instead
PM is prepaid with no refund if made early plan change. You can try asking Pm support agent and ask if they can help
