Did you check your account status? Did you confirm your plan? Have you checked your payment history?

if you need PM agent to look into it, please submit ticket at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@Gopher1  can you give me details about how that happened?  Are you on the $55 plan with $20 discount? or different one?  Or how much overcharged?

 

just a reminder, PM will charge you tax on top of the plan price.  So, while a plan might show $25, PM will charge $25+tax on your credit card
