Have you tried powering off, and back on your phone?

@donnanewell73 Try ignoring that message and see if calls go through. If not you will need moderator support as suggested.

Its your account showing active or suspended in self serve?
If suspended, you will likely need the assistance of a moderator to get your up and running again. That's why your getting the errors.
Send a private message to @CS_Agent, include your following info:
- account number
- phone number
- a brief description of what has happened
…and they will be able to look into it for you.
Click the link for an explanation on how to private message the moderators: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/Updated-Contacting-our-Community-Moder...
They should be able to help you with a double payment as well.
EDIT (Additional information): To avoid this type of problem, have the funds available in your account a few days before your renewal date or setup auto pay with a credit card.

Gonna need a bit more info before we can help point you in the right direction.
- is this a new activation that failed or was this your renewal date today?
- if it's a new activation, did you just port your number?
- if a renewal, did you not have sufficient funds available? Was auto-pay active?
- is your account showing active or suspended in self serve?
- did you receive an error message of some sort?
