how do I make a payment? I've tried using a laptop and even tried 611 but cant make a payment. My phone is not working! HELP!!

if you can login My Account, use this link to load enough funds for renewal (please add E911 Fess on top of plan charge if needed)

Go to Payments (left side of the screen while in your account, click on it and the right side:
add funds to your account charging registered CC or redeem voucher.
