yesterday I went to the payment section to update info for my credit card and today it shows it's still loading and I can't fix it. i would like some help please.

Try updating your CC on the PM app.
Login and go to Payment tab>Update Card Information.
If you are on the website, clear cache before login.

Yesk many has this issue. Refresh the page, log out and try again.
Did you also try the app?
You could also call 1855 4 Public to update the same cc number on file.

mine has been doing that since late yesterday as well. Payment tab just won't load correctly. Try using laptop if you are currently using app.
