Is the system not loading? I know there will be a maintenance shortly. You can wait for a few hours do so. Or try to clear cache, log back out and log back in.
If still same you can purchase a voucher from Shell or Petro Canada, Shoppers drug mart and load online that way. Or if you know your PIN you can load by calling *611 on your phone.
If none of these work, submit a ticket to cs agent below to inquire.

@esteby yes there been lots of issues with payments lately it’s advised to wait 24hours and try again incognito /private mode or from another device or try the APP . Also note you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers 7-11 shell gas or recharge .com or muskbird .com and load them *611 to resume services right away . If still no luck after 24 hour wait . Then please submit ticket with support to help

@esteby read through this forum others having trouble. are you trying to pay with a credit card you've used before for payment? If so you might want to reach out to support to help you.
