@James-george I usually go in a couple of days before my payment is due to my account, and then make a payment and you can choose the amount you wish to make. I do this even though I have autopay in case of a failure. You can also buy vouchers to make a payment or can do it by calling 611. So you have a few options of how you wish to make a payment - take whichever is more to your liking.

The easiest way is to ensure you have a valid credit card associated with the account, that way Public Mobile will ensure they take the payment necessary each 30-day cycle to ensure continuous coverage.
You have several options which include online through self-serve, dialing *611 from your device, in-person at certain retail stores, as well as buying Public Mobile retail payment vouchers.
