Was one possibility used to pay for your plan?

 

Click "View Payment History" to double check.

If not first try entering both again maybe one didn't register and the voucher is still active.

 

If not working contact moderators to investigate. Keep ahold of the vouchers for now till is sorted.

@johnjoe Did one of the vouchers renew your plan and now you have $40 showing in Available Funds? If this is the case, both vouchers were credited and these remaining funds will be used to renew next month.
