Which plan do you have? The text message that you received sounds to be Public Mobile system generated. There are plans that are no longer offered to new customers that did not include any text messaging services. With any plan that includes text messaging, the incoming messages are always unlimited. This appears to be an account issue. I would suggest opening a ticket with the moderators by going to: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot
