Hi,
I have not had phone service for three days. Every time I try to make a payment, I get the message: “Sorry, we’re not able to process your payment at this time. Please try again later.”
For the last seven years, my payments have been made automatically. I can’t use the Public Mobile app because my phone doesn’t support it. When I tried to pay by calling 611, it asked me for a four-digit PIN. What is this PIN? Could you help me to make a payment?

It may be an issue with your bank card. Try to use another card and refresh the payment platform.

You can change your PIN:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/reset/pin
Also check the expiry date of your CC on file.
