i have problem with payment

did you try on both browser and app?

If the account is still active, wait full 24 hours and try again

  1. using the browser with Incognito mode
  2. Try again using the app.  If you have already installed the app, uninstall , reboot and reinstall.  
    And remember to grant Location Permission to the app before trying to login

if issue persists or you cannot afford to wait any longer to try,  get a voucher and have the plan renewed first.  Get it from SDM/London Drug/711/Shell and load the voucher by calling *611 on your phone or call 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone or you can also load the voucher via My Account

I received a similar error message the other day too.  I entered incorrect postal code at first.

I refreshed the web page by swipping the screen down, entered another postal code and it worked.

The postal code must match what is on file.
