Hi, I have a pre-paid account, although I did not use the pre-authorized payment for the October-September, it seems that it has been deducted from my bank account.

Not sure exactly what you're saying so maybe you could provide an image of your payment history from here (not credit card) from then until now and maybe we could see what you see.

Did you become a customer some time from July to now? Pre-authorized payments are automatically enabled for all customers who have signed up since.

Log into self service but first clear your cache and open a new browser window in incognito. Go to the payments tab and confirm that you are not on autopay and then look at the payment history.
