On signing up with mobile my credit card was charged twice. How do I get a refund or credit to my acct

Are you still use public mobile? The money you extra pay will be in your account show as available fund. The next monthly fee will deduct from it first.

Was the second payment put into your "additional funds" in which case it will be applied to your next month renewal. Nevertheless, it is not right that Public mobile take the money before it is due. Send a private message to a customer agent to correct the error. Include your account number and the last four digits of your credit card in your private message to speed up verification:

confirm with your credit card to see if one of the charges just pending

if both are real charges, ask PM for refund.  You can submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
