payment as a credit, however not apply

Hello, I have made a payment with my credit card, to a new account i have opened to my father, however paid with my credit card.

the payment is noticed to be charged however never apply to the account, it appear it is on credit and not in the account.

can you help me please apply such a payment to the account i nable to start using the service ?
