All this was true except for the refund part. There are no refunds at Public Mobile. While there's nothing stopping a customer from asking, policy says that money will not be returned.

Sorry, but you can't.  The available funds in your Public Mobile account can only be used to pay for plans and add-ons.

If that's the money you put on the account you can ask them to return it to your card (it will take 30 days for the return) but the money on your account is only to pay for the plan or add-ons for that particular account
