I had to change my password - new password does not work and keep locking me out. Any help?

@lukemckay Did you try the Password Reset link first: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password
If that doesn't help, then send a private message to CS_Agent for a password reset here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
Make sure to clear your browser cache/cookies and use incognito/privacy mode too.

This happened to me, reach out to one of the users with the PM badge and they can help you get access to your account again!
