Upgraded my plan to 4g, payment deducted but it is still on 3g speed

Hi,

I've upgraded my plan to 4g, payment deducted but it is still on 3g speed. Under self-service it shows new plan name correctly. Tried to submit a ticket to support it shows "There seems to be an error submitting the ticket"

@hTideGnow I was assuming something like this. Thank you for confirming! Couple of notes though:

1. It makes sense to show a big red warning for people during the upgrade. With company's recent announcement I bet a lot of users will face the same problem/misunderstanding.

2. Not to say that these 48 to 72 hours I pay more and don't get what I paid for. Sounds like a fraud to me.

But hey, this is the cheapest provider, what options do you have.

Hi @itinkoff   , wait see how long you get the 4G service (btw, reboot often.   A lot of the time, it needs a reboot to have the new speed to kick in)

once you know how long you finally get it, let us know  🙂

If you think is too long, open ticket with PM CS Agent, maybe they can do something to compensate.  They should, if they charge you the new plan at  once but don't give you the new speed in 2 days, that 2 days service you missed

@itinkoff Yes apparently it take up to 2 days to upgrade to 4 g speeds you would think they would start charging you for the new plan then ?

@itinkoff   It takes 48 to 72 hours for the speed change.  Please wait and test again
