How do you retrieve your security pass word . The question they are asking the answer I have will not work .

Contact customer support for a password reset. Then once you can access your self serve account you can check or change your security question and answer.

thanks . I should have mentioned it is on another account of mine . not sure if that is going to change my issue in getting in contact with a person to helm with my issue ?

Here are the options you were presented with when creating your self serve account do any of them ring true?

 

  1. What year was your father born?
  2. What year was your mother born?
  3. What is your father's middle name?
  4. What is your mother's middle name?
  5. What was the name of your primary/elementary school?
  6. What was your favourite activity in high school?
  7. What is your favourite colour?
  8. What is your favourite meal?
  9. Use your own question/type in.

HI @werobie   If "Forgot Password" does not work, then you need to open ticket with CS Agent , they will reset it for you

 

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1. First type: "Forgot log in information"
  2. Then Click "Contact Us"
  3. Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  4. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
