Hi.
I forgot the password for my account log in because I need to update my auto pay credit card information. Also, my password reset email no longer use, I really need to reset all the username and password. please help!

@jesseyin0109 make sure to have the CSA change all Instances, the username and primary email address and any other instances . And once done try the password reset to make sure the email has in fact been changed.
@Anonymous unfortunately your suggestion will not work as the user mentioned they do not have access to the email account any longer.

you can try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,
you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent ,and Explain your issue to
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
and them will reset password and change Email for you,

@jesseyin0109 , please click on the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the webpage and initiate a support ticket. The CSA will be able to assist.

@jesseyin0109 : That email address is your login id. So if you've forgotten the password and lost access to the email inbox then all you can do is contact the CSA's. Click on the cartoon quote icon lower right and muddle your way through the chatbot to get to Submit ticket.

@jesseyin0109 in your case , you only choice is to open a ticket with PM and have them to change the email address for you and help you to reset the password
Please use the Chatbot on the lower right to open ticket
type: Forgot log in information
Click "Contact Us"
Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
