will not send code by email - only by phone (text). will not let me change my password. am unable to access my account.

This worked for me:  using browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

have you tried to log in to account on browser? nobody in my household can, i think it is down.

I believe log in on the web page is down. I have 3 different accounts in my household, and nobody can log in.

and tried to  Reset Password

you can choose either by phone or email.

@Choklit2264  If you cannot use the Forgot Password link then you will need to open a trouble ticket. 

To obtain a ticket, click on https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and enter your question in SIMon. Follow / invent the prompts until you reach the Contact Us button, click on it and a Submit Ticket button should appear. To confirm that your ticket has been submitted, check the SEND box in your private messages; click on the small envelope next to your avatar at the top right of your screen.
