paid my bill my data usage stayed the same

ok need help i paid my phone bill yesterday for 41  for 30 gigs every month what data i do still have i lose it once i pay my bill for the following month, now next day i have 6 gigs left  from last month and it didnt renew to my full 30 gigs .what can i do

Possible an easy fix, maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again

Sorry to hear about this @starbright. No idea why the system didn’t refresh your usages but you can submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent and hopefully solve this problem with the link below.
