i paid the first time , and on the website, it showed up as not paid, so I paid again, only to be surprised that i overpaid on the second time. Is there a way you can refund me the amount i overpaid?
No worries, your overpayment will remain in your account as credit but you can ask a CS_Agent for a refund but be warned that it may take up to a month to process.
So it would be easier to leave it as credit on your next month payment.
