Hi, I’m still not able to receive texts or calls, but am able to call out and text.
Is this is a network problem.
Any idea when this will be fixed??

Just got response from PM management. No area wide interuptions. PM teams will monitor. If the troubleshooting advice does not work, you will need to contact customer service agent.

yes I live in Victoria. Have done a reboot. will try a few of the other suggestions. Thanks!

A few members have complained about network issues in British Columbia. Do you live in BC?
We have informed PM management on the oracle side forum. No response yet.
A few basic troubleshooting advice:
Reboot phone
Network reset of phone
Remove SIM card and put back in.
Try the SIM card in another working phone. Helps determne whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.

I had the same issue and tried all the solutions. The only one that worked was to remove your SIM card and put it to another SIM card and try it. Mine worked. Then I switched it back and it's working now.
