Hey fellas, any luck making my phone work? It still has the wrong phone number; I still can't send or receive SMS/MMS. Will I be getting a credit for the days I can't use the phone? All I need are the instructions.

But let me try to help as well.
You talked about message problem, first, can voice and data work? and are you using physical or esim? Android or iPhone?
If only text is an issue , Tried Reset All networks. If Android, uninstall and reinstall Google Message. If iPhone, try to remove the phone number from iMessage settings, then reboot and put the number back and test
