why can i not receive access codes on my phone?

Try to see if your phone automatically block some numbers. That maybe the issue. My phone block notifications for access sometimes thinks it's a scam.

What types of notification codes are you not receiving?
Is this new or always? Did you check the settings in your phone to ensure you have notifications turned on?
