Figur it out, first Sim card was broken

@ben89  If it came that way see if you can return it for refund or exchange. If you purchased a new one and your credit card was charged and your self serve account is set up you can log in and click on change sim card. If no return was made you can always contact the moderators and ask for a credit on your account equal to the price of the sim card. Are you all up and running now?

PM is PM and Telus is Telus. BUT I had a defective Telus SIM and apparently they are guaranteed to work as per my Telus chat. But only a real Telus store could exchange at no charge. I went to London Drugs and they blew me off and suggested to go to a Telus store close by....but since that store tried to rip me off $50 years ago I went elsewhere. A kiosk in a mall. I had to pay for a new SIM and the very hard working young lady called Telus and had my Telus account credited...not my preference but nevertheless zero cost.

So so I would approach PM for same.

@ben89  It does happen...but rarely so it's usually the last possibility people will mention. That's when the message given is really the message it's meant to be. You have a couple of days left to #PM and try to win a free year of service!

@ben89  Awesome! When you have time click on the (?) bottom right of your screen and submit a ticket via simon. Ask for a human then follow the prompts to fill out a ticket and submit. The moderators are usually pretty good about credits. Have a pic of your receipts and the sim card to send if requested ( you can offer to send to them as proof). Good to hear Wal-Mart is standing up to their stellar reputation. Mind you they did sell you a SIM card without activation. Sounds like you have a half decent one in your area.

Did you push out the NANO piece with something sharp...like SIM card ejector pin or the like?

@ben89  Is your phone unlocked? How and where did you get your phone?

@ben89Put the SIM card into a known working phone. It will help you narrow down the issue, if the problem persists on a known working phone then it might be an provisioning issue. That would require you to contact the moderator.

Click at the top of this page "Get Started" and follow direction to confirm if your phone is compatible at PM and if it's been black-listed. Good luck.

@ben89 do you have another cell phone available to try your sim card in?
