just activated my phone 2 weeks ago and i can make calls but cant receive them anyone know why or have this problem

@shawna069 : Did you attempt to transfer your phone number over? If so, did you leave your other SIM in to be able to confirm the transfer? Is the other account still live?
Is your phone unlocked? When did you get it? Is it compatible? What make/model/submodel is it?

@shawna069 You haven't been able to receive calls for 2 weeks? Did you port in your number? Sounds like something went wrong. Did you receive a text from your old company asking authorization to port your number to PM? I would call the port team if indeed you did port your number.
Call ***and have them fix the port.
