There seems to be an error submitting the ticket to customer support so directed to bring my problem here. The current plan - $25/4GB plan is advertised but not available in my plan change options. I change my plan brielfy and need to go back to this one as subscribed to this plan for many years.

Advising a customer how to get the plan change page when the customer has already sstated that the desired plan isn't there isn't necessary. Also, please do not repeat others.

Sorry, once you left a plan, there is no guarantee you can get it back. And the plan you want is an outdated plan anyway

Existing customers are offered personalized plan options. If you don't see that plan in your account, you will not be able to change to that plan.
Customer service agents will rarely change to a plan (that is not offered to that customer).

Oops, sorry, they will not allow you to change back if the plan you want is not in your account.
But the ticket system seems to be down so you can message them directly.
