hello I transferred my number from freedom to public a week ago, all services are working but I'm not able to receive calls. I don't have my old sim card now.

Hello @advaitranade ,
Try one or more of the below:
*turn off your phone, leave off for at least 3 minutes, then reboot
*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode
*reboot your phone again
If none of the above corrects this, then definitely a stuck port (see other comments above).

My friend ported over from another carrier and he had the same problem. It corrected after he powered off the phone then turn back on. He mistake was that he only turned off the screen and not powering off while swapping the SIM card.
Try that first.

@advaitranade You can call the number below of the Telus Port team. Explain the problem, they can fix the port. It might be advisable to call Freedom as well and see how else you can authorize the port. Maybe do that before you call the number below.
