Hi,
I am signed up for auto pay. I was due today. I have no service and it is not allowing me to login to my account. When I try to reset my password, it wont even send me an email.
I dont pay money to have no service. This needs to be fixed promptly and a discount given due to the lack of paid for service.

@Seehei, you need to send a private message to the moderator team in order to get your password reset. Also, have them investigate why your payment did not go through.
