I dont have internet. I checked my account I didnt use all my data but I was not able to use it for last 4 days. It was working before.

What phone do you have?
Make sure you have disabled the Mobile data limit on the phone
If you have a physical sim, try it on another phone.
If you have an eSIM, get a replacement eSIM for free using the PM app, this will re-provision the account

I tried airplane mode and back and rebooted my phone. There is a service outage on telus system since April 1!th in vancouver with degrading service. I cant even pay parking with my phone. This is unacceptable. Thanks

Try resetting the Network setting on your phone and reboot your phone.
If that didn’t work then check for outages in your area:
