Moved  old SIM card to new  phone UMIDIGI f3S ( unlocked) and no internet connection.

then those brand device need to do factory reset  How to Factory reset.

Check if DATA is On.

@marek1  hi there, do you mean internet or data? Does calling and texts work okay?

It data, try 1 or more of the below:

• restarting your phone with sim insde
• toggle into / out of airplane mode
• remove and reinsert your sim card
• perform a reset of your device's network settings

Did you turn on mobile data? 🙂 Do you have data left to use? Likely a problem with APN. Are you able to edit or add APN settings?
