no data at all after purchasing the new plan

just activate a new sim with new plans and phone number

but theres only incoming and outgoing call is working.

150mb purchased but doesnt work at all.

i only stayed here for 3 days so i purchased 10 days 150mb with province talk.

anyone can help?

using unlock iphone6

no dont have a dual sim, just different sim cards need to install APN. thank u though

Do not touch the Enterprise app.. thats probably important and not interfering with your data access. The cellular profile should have shown one for PM as well.  Thats the one you should delete because its easy to get it back when you insert the Japanese sim card back in.  

 

So delete the Japanese carrier profile and then update to PM via software update.

That means you have a dual sim phone and you are using another sim card?

Try swapping the sim cards in the slots.

Go into settings -> about and check both iOS version and carrier. Check for updates.  Did you try this?

Also Reset the cellular settings.  

 

Usually the carrier update is sent that would install the APN settings automatically.  If you have other carrier profiles in the settings, delete all the profiles and then check for carrier update again.

yes i did everything i could, still not working....

 

Have you tried restarting your phone, or removing and inserting your SIM again?

hi, theres no such details on my apn setting, only the personal hotspot.

also, i had same plan before, it was totally opposite, data worked but phone call didnt work.

please help!!!

Hi @hensiiie!

 

Welcome to PM!

 

Sometimes, you have to manually enter the APN settings before you can access the data network.  You can check the software update on your iphone 6, you may already have a carrier update from PM that you can install.
