no calls messages but mmsm only

Well I have only multimedia messages and internet no tax normal tax or calling in and out look at my account you could see the usage it's been quite silly

PM uses 3G signal for voice call and regular text SMS message.

Your new phone may not support 3G and only supports LTE signal.

Therefore, your data works.  Your MMS works because MMS is using data to send/receive.  But no voice calls and no regular SMS text messages as your new phone does not support 3G signal.

 

What is the name and model of your new phone?

I bought my SIM card and Walmart Thunder Bay and it worked great for a month switched phones and now it doesn't matter what phone I put it in it does not work the only thing I could do is send a picture with a text no calling nothing
