I needed to select new number but now i'm having trouble transfering number. how do i do it?

Also, make sure you open a new incognito tab in your browser. I used Chrome regular tab at first and it gave me an error.  I logged out and signed in again in the incognito tab and it worked!

From which carrier?

 

speakout: use IMEI/PIN

All other wireless: only use account number

 

Do you already have a Public Mobile account activated?

Do you need to select new number or transfer?

Are you in process of opening the account?

If that's the case once you choose new number and open account you can login to your self-serve and transfer number any time, unless you are with Koodo prepaid, then you have to contact moderators

@aleldueck1983  If you are porting from Kood prepaid you need to submit a ticket to PM otherwise go into selfserve snd choose the change number option. Provide your account# with your previous provider, the name on the account and your previous phone number. If your are porting from Speakout you need to provide your PIN number.
