new voice message notification after a phone call all the time

For the last 2 weeks, every time I finished a phone call, I got a "new voice message" notification and when I check my message, there is nothing.  Does anyone get the same problems?

Install the latest iPhone software and reboot my phone and problem gone.  Thanks

@dctrans  That is weird. Can you receive voicemails otherwise, like, real ones okay?

1 - If you have not rebooted your phone lately, turn it off. Then reboot it up.

2 - Ensure your phone has it's latest software installed.

3 - Perform a Reset of your Network Settings.

Android device:

1. Open the Settings app on your Android.
2. Scroll to and tap either "General management" or "System," depending on what device you have.
3. Tap either "Reset" or "Reset options."
4. Tap the words "Reset network settings."

Apple:

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

Note: This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.

can you test your SIM card in another device to you know where the issue from device or SIM card.

or you need to do Backup and factory reset settings,

@dctrans   It might be a device issue.  can you tell me what kind of phone you have?
