I just moved to Ontario from Alberta. My family used Shaw Mobile and I would like to switch to an Ontario mobile provider. What is your plan, if possible, can we sign up for me and my two sons? Thanks!

The offer only provides one free SIM card per order including a SIM card. This means that if a customer orders more than one in the same order, only one bonus SIM card will be included. If a customer wants more than one free SIM card, multiple orders will need to be placed.

Public mobile Sim cards are currently BOGO free on public mobile's website. Get 4 for $20+tax and have a spare just in case. I recently ordered two separate times from public mobile and they took exactly one week (5 business days) to arrive via Canada Post. They were shipped from Calgary to Vancouver. You will likely have a distributer from the GTA shipping to your location.
Maybe between now and when they arrive another bonus $25 refer a friend promotion will be announced and after finding a referral code from a friend or family member to enter during your activation you can use your code to refer one of your son's and then his referral code to refer your other son. Even without the bonus promotion you will each receive a $10 bonus referral credit and earn 1 point in rewards for referring the other every 30 days. (1pt=$1)
BTW.....unsolicited referral codes are against the terms of service and should not be used but rather reported. If you do not have a friend or family member to refer you simply choose a member of the community to send a private message to and ask if they want to be friends...lol....and ask if they will share their referral code with you? They will be happy to oblige.
Welcome to the public mobile community!
Ask us a question. Any question you like? We are always happy to help!

@DDM69- Only corporate stores. Lots of retailers have giant signs yelling Telus or Koodo. But they're only retailers.

Sim cards can be purchased at most Koodo or Telus stores I believe. That would be faster than buying online and waiting for 3 weeks for delivery.
Good luck! 😁
Welcome to Ontario!

I don't suppose you've already cancelled the Shaw Mobile accounts? There are a couple small players in ON. Public and most others are nationwide.
Public does not do multi-line (family) accounts. Each one is standalone individual.

You certainly can, @Yang_Yinghua
All you need is an e-mail address for each service, a Public Mobile SIM card for each service, and a credit card to set up a new service.
Click "Activate" above when you're ready to go.

@Yang_Yinghua You will need to sign up yourself
First, get sim card(s) from Telus or Koodo store around you or from Amazon.ca (https://www.amazon.ca/Public-prepaid-postpaid-Activate-Allinone/dp/B06X9ZGDWG )
Do NOT order from PM online as sim delivery could take long
Once you have the sim card, you can activate yourself at: https://activate.publicmobile.ca/
During activation, you can decide to get new Ontario number or choose to port your AB number. Good thing for AB number is that PM charged tax based on the province of the number, so you will get charged less on tax. But cons is that your Ontario friends will need free Canada wide calling to call you for free
