new sim activation

hello!

i purchase a new sim and $15 voucher to add to activate but i dont have a creditcard.  How can i activate without creditcard?? thx for helping

In the past, you were able to contact customer service agent to set up an inactive account.  Then you could access your account and load up the funds.  Not sure if Public mobile still allows this process though.  You could consider getting prepaid visa cards.
