hi all, i'm new to public mobile. bought a new SIM from walmart, tried to activate it but says it's an invalid SIM? i don't get it...i just got this SIM brand new from walmart.
PLEASE HELP! i'm trying to activate before the 1gb data referal is over on NOV 20.

If that was your first time trying to activate with that SIM card, try a different browser or try incognito mode. If that doesn't help, then it looks like you've hit an activation error.
