I just switched to a 4G plan effective immediately. But I'm still getting download speeds below 3 exactly the same as my 3G plan. What's going on?

It usually takes up to 48 hours for 4G to become active.
You can do speed test to confirm 4G but it might use a lot of your data...

@Hchlebek It take around 48 hours for PM to change the speed.
If you are running speed test, test it again 48 hours later as a speed test could eat up data fast
