Tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,or safari on private mode,
or from browser mobile Chrome
go view in desktop mode.

Site says I still have data available, did the reset and did sim swap, everything else works but still get the prompt to log in to public mobile network and still get an internal server error when it tries.

Check the Status of Your Device

Did you log into My Account to see if you have any left; or, you can call 611 to check the balances of your data as well.
