my sim card is not working. every time whn i make a call it sai like your call cannot be completed

Hi,

1) Is it a new sim? If old sim, try wiping the metallic side with alcohol and dust free cloth or use some sort of sticky tape to stuck away any tiny particles. 

2) If new sim, try to reinsert it into the sim card slot a few times. Did you try the same sim card on a different phone?

In addition, you can try taking out the simcard, putting it back in and restarting your phone..

Are you a new customer? 

If not, try

• Reset network settings (Android)
• Restart your device
• Use someone else's SIM card
• Check cellular towers nearby (PM uses Bell & Telus ones)
• Log on Self-Serve to check your account status

If you are indeed new,

• Porting in? Contact your previous carrier to see if the old account is cancelled
• Frequency compatible?

If all of them fails, Ask a moderator (Can take up to 48 hrs, 1 message at a time).

You are either out of minutes or money on your account.  Go into your self serve account and check it out.    Is it still ACTIVE  or not?
