need to reset password on self server portal

I registered yesterday on self service portal but my password might have been too long 22 characters. Now it won't let me login or forget lost password

@kovacsg Please click on ? on the bottom right of the page and follow directions. You will create a ticket with mods, and they will help you with this.

Just go to the login page and hit the forgot password button, mine is 18 characters and it works.

@kovacsg- If the forgot password is not working for you, you will need to contact the moderator team.  Easiest way is to go through teh chatbot SIMon.  Find the questionMark in lower right corner of most pages, or click on GetHelp.  Follow the prompts to open a ticket.  Use something like 'forgot password' as your question.
