Hello, I have a registered phone with public mobile and the website is not recognizing to log me in. My email ID and password, when submitted is sending the code to some unknow number. I have two accounts. one ending with 6673 is fine but oneending with 0420 is having issues.

That didn't help as my pubic mobile app has the same issue.

@Moe120 not sure if it is a browser cache problem. Please try login again using browser with Incognito mode.
