Hi, guys

Since last night, I tried to transfer my koodo number to public mobile. In koodo side, I got SMS and my service closed. However, in public mobile, I still don't get transferred number completed. It has been 14 hours already. I don't know who and how to get help. I tried different ways, but I couldn't make it.

I do need help now. I bet anybody can contact customer service to help me. Thanks/

look at the top of this page and click the highlighted envelop icon...there's a message there with a number you can call for help porting over.

HI @Panait 

since you got the SMS from Koodo alread, I don't think it is a porting problem.  Try to reboot your phone and test if you can make outbound calls.

if you cannot , it is not a problem with the port but a problem with the sim card and account setup problem on the system

please submit ticket with cs agent and ask them to confirm your sim card account setup
