I logged in to see the current promotion, but I was automatically charged. I don't want to subscribe, so please cancel the payment. I canceled my subscription last time because it didn't activate. I wanted the 60GB promotion for $20 per month, but for some reason, I signed up for and was charged $35. Therefore, I'm requesting a cancellation of my subscription.

you must have clicked Change Now when you were browsing.
usually it cannot be reversed, but check with PM
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
